Garric Cellars 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon

Garric Cellars is the creation of two wine enthusiast doctors and their interpretation of the greatness of Napa Valley vineyards.

Garric started with two vineyards in 2003 and has expanded to more than 4 vineyard sources. We believe the combination of fruit from these great vineyards produce a unique and luscious wine.

The vineyard blocks are vinified separately and after maturing in French oak barrels, we blend them together to produce what is our interpretation of a great Napa Valley cabernet. We use only the very best lots for the final blend. In 2006, only 75% of the lots made the cut.

Tasting Notes

"Ripe and rich, the 2006 Garric has a seamless entry and great density. On the nose, black truffle, sandalwood, dark chocolate, cassis and an exotic minerality. Flavors of dark chocolate brownie and espresso surrounded by blueberry and black fruits. Expect immediate gratification and long term cellar aging potential."
